Presenter’s Information for chapter meetings.

Dates: The chapter meetings are typically the third Wednesday of the months September through May and are posted on the DTU website at https://www.donegaltu.org/events.

Presenters are asked to arrive at the location by 6:40 pm to confirm that technical devices will interact properly. A PC computer (running PowerPoint), projector, and an assortment of PC cables will be available. Presenters are encouraged to bring a flash drive containing their presentation even if they bring their own computer and projector.

If the presentation is on an Apple computer, also bring a compatible projector and necessary cables.

If presenters would like to donate anything to the meeting raffle, please contact the Program Chairperson before the meeting.

If any last-minute changes occur please contact the program chairperson as soon as possible..

7:15 – 7:25 Break for setup and raffle ticket sales
7:25 – 8:30 Presentation
8:30 -8:40  Questions for the presenter
