February Chapter Meeting
Topic: Small Mouth Bass Fishing
Presenter: Mike Rosa
Mike grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania, riding his bike to any valley that held even the slightest trickle of water in search of life. Fast forward to age 37, and you’ll find him doing the same thing. Only this time, pulling a raft to any river within reach with the same goal in mind.
Mike has been fishing since the age of 5, and his passion for fishing shows no signs of slowing down. Mike has honed his skills over years of floating rivers for smallmouth bass, brown trout, and musky. He also loves bushwhacking and putting miles on his feet, finding areas less traveled by your average fisherman to find fish who may have never seen a fly.
Mike will discuss the incredible fishery of the Susquehanna River. His main topic will be smallmouth bass. However, Mike targets many other species in PA, including trout, musky, and carp.
