The Weaver farm is a small farm along one of the upper tributaries of the Conowingo.
In early August 2010, the Project Leader for DTU, Bob Kutz, met with representatives of the PA Fish & Boat Commission, PA Department of Environmental Protection, the US Corps of Engineers, Lancaster County Conservation and Wild Resources to evaluate the site and assess the issues to be addressed.
Work began on this project in October 2010 and the slideshow includes photos of the work in progress. The latest additions are some before & after pictures of a few of the sites where work was done. The improvements are impressive and will certainly contribute to the future health of this stream.
